Bob Graham is Principal Architect of Motley Design Group. The focus of his professional work has been in the areas of historic preservation, urban infill and rehabilitation projects. Additional affiliations include the City of Phoenix’s Central City Village Planning Committee, Board member and Secretary of the Phoenix Trolley Museum, and founder and President of the Grand Avenue Rail Project.

Tim has had a successful background with his entrepreneurial ventures having his last company acquired in 2012. He now leads Business Development and Real Estate Operations for Tuft & Needle and was previously awarded as one of the Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35 by The Arizona Republic. He is an avid supporter of Grand Avenue and volunteers on the GAMA board along with other charities in the Valley.
Cyndy is an award-willing real estate professional and licensed commercial real estate broker specializing in downtown, midtown and uptown Phoenix. Additionally, she heads up Membership and Special Projects for Phoenix Community Alliance and works in development with Harder Development. Her professional interests include urban commercial infill, redevelopment, and adaptive reuse. She is excited to be serving on GAMA’s board and as its secretary and for the work of GAMA in the community.
Karl has been in the downtown area since 1994 serving on multiple Boards, such as FQ Story, Roosevelt Action Association (RAA), Grand Avenue Rail Project (GARP), and GAMA. As one of the developers for Containers on Grand, he also has reconditioned a couple low-income houses within the Triangle Neighborhood, and is currently working on other projects along Grand Avenue.
Anthony is a Pastor at Mercy Hill Church and Community Developer in the Triangle Neighborhood. Anthony, Karla, and their three boys are residents of the Triangle and share a deep love for their community.
